Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer portal and select the order you wish to return, or contact your Independent Stylist to begin the process.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused or gently used products back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
